Questions
Does the shopper see which item they'll get?
No. Dodecahedron never edits the shopper's order. The item it picked appears only in the app, and, if you use a 3PL, on an internal order that ships the box.
Do I need a 3PL?
No. Dodecahedron works whether you pack orders yourself or use a third-party warehouse. A 3PL needs a couple of simple import rules, covered in the setup guide.
What data does it use?
Your products, inventory and mystery orders. If you use a 3PL, it copies the shopper's shipping name and address onto the internal shipping order in your store. It never stores shoppers' names, addresses, emails or payment details. See our privacy policy.
How much does it cost?
Dodecahedron will be a monthly subscription, billed through Shopify. Pricing will be announced at launch.
